What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout the Miami metro area and Southwest Florida (Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and surrounding cities). Standard delivery reaches roughly 30 miles from our Miami shop and 40 miles from our SWFL shop. If you're outside our standard zone, call us at (786) 822-9164 — we can sometimes arrange a special delivery.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Klarna (buy-now-pay-later in installments), Amazon Pay, and Zelle. All card payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Can I include a personal card or message?

Yes — every order has a free card message field at checkout. Write whatever you'd like and we'll handwrite or print it neatly and attach it to the arrangement. Messages can be in English, Spanish, or both.

How do holiday pre-orders work?

For peak holidays — Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, etc. — we open pre-orders weeks in advance. You pay in full to reserve your delivery date, and we deliver during the holiday's published window. Pre-ordering is the only way to guarantee specific arrangements and time slots on those days.

How do I check the status of my order?

Your order confirmation email contains a link to your order page where you can see the current status — preparing, out for delivery, delivered. We also send updates by email as the status changes.

Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?

Each arrangement is hand-designed, so small variations are part of the craft — your bouquet will match the size, palette, and overall composition of the photo, but individual stems may vary based on what's freshest that day. We never substitute with anything cheaper or smaller.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest in under a minute. Creating an account is optional and just makes it easier to track future orders and reorder favorites.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, when slots are available. Same-day availability depends on the time you order, the recipient's address, and how busy the day is — the available delivery windows show up in real time at checkout. For peak holidays we strongly recommend ordering 1–3 days in advance.

By default, your card is charged at the moment you confirm the order — that secures your delivery slot and lets us start sourcing fresh flowers. For some pre-orders we may authorize the card and capture the charge at delivery; either way, the timing is shown clearly on the confirmation page.

Can I send an arrangement anonymously?

Yes — leave the card message blank or sign it however you like. We won't share the sender's name with the recipient unless you put it on the card. If the recipient asks our driver, we'll politely say it's a surprise from a friend.

Each holiday edition has its own delivery window — for example, our Mother's Day 2026 catalog ships only on May 9, 10 and 11. The dates and time options for your order are shown at checkout and on your confirmation.

With basic care — fresh water every 1–2 days, a clean vase, and away from direct sun and heat — most arrangements stay beautiful for 5 to 10 days. Hardier varieties like alstroemeria and chrysanthemums often last even longer.

There's no minimum order, but pricing is per arrangement and includes delivery within our standard zones. Final delivery fee depends on the recipient's address and is shown at checkout before you confirm.

You'll pick a delivery window at checkout (typically a 2–4 hour block). On the day of delivery you'll get a confirmation when your order is on its way and another when it has been delivered. If you need a more specific time, mention it in the order notes and we'll do our best.

Our driver will try to leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded spot (porch, building lobby, with a doorman or neighbor) and send a delivery photo. If we can't leave it safely, we'll contact you and the recipient to coordinate. Add any building access info — gate codes, suite numbers, hospital floor — in the order notes to avoid delays.
