Mother's Day flower delivery in SWFL

Mother's Day is the busiest flower-delivery weekend of the year. Across Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Estero, and Bonita Springs, every serious florist is fully booked by Friday. This guide walks you through how to order without stress, what's in our 2026 Mother's Day catalog, and what happens if you wait until Sunday morning to remember.

The actual deadlines for SWFL

What's in this year's catalog

Our 2026 Mother's Day catalog is region-aware — some pieces are exclusive to Cape Coral, others to Miami:

  • Forever Mom – our signature peony-and-rose tray. Available everywhere.
  • Forever Queen (Cape Coral cake edition) – arrangement + bakery cake duo, Miami-only this year.
  • Pink Whispers + Pirouette Beauty Natural Shampoo and Conditioner Set – spa gift bundle, Cape Coral exclusive.
  • Mother's Embrace – plush teddy + roses, the SWFL bestseller.
  • Wine, Roses & Chocolate – the "Mom + a glass of wine" classic.

The order most people regret missing

Every year, about a third of our late-Saturday calls are people asking for something with a specialty add-on that we already sold out of mid-week — usually the cake, the wine pairing, or the shampoo set. The arrangements never sell out (we cut more roses); the partner products do. If you want one, lock it by Wednesday.

Pro tips from our delivery drivers

  • Address the card to her, not "Mom". Half of moms get more than one bouquet. The card with her name on it is the one she keeps.
  • Add a brunch hour delivery window. Mom is most likely home 10am–12pm on Sunday before any restaurant plans. Choose that window at checkout and mention "before brunch" in notes.
  • Skip the chocolate boxes if you're sending to Miami. They melt the second they leave the cooler. Wine, candles, or non-melting treats survive the day better.
  • Two stems > one giant bouquet. If you're sending to mom + grandma in the same household, two smaller pieces with their individual names beats one big arrangement.

What "sold out" actually means at our studio

We don't oversell. When you see a product show "Unavailable" near Mother's Day, it's because we've capped that recipe at the number we can produce at our quality bar with the fresh inventory we have on the truck. We'd rather close a SKU than ship a tired version.

If you remembered Sunday at 9am

You're not actually doomed. Here's the play:

  1. Open /arrangements.
  2. Pick any Designer's Choice option in the size that fits your budget.
  3. At checkout, choose the earliest delivery window and write a personal note.
  4. We'll build the most beautiful piece we can with whatever is freshest in the cooler that morning. You won't get a photo until it's built — but it'll be better than a gas-station bouquet.

How to actually impress

Send the flowers Saturday afternoon. Mom wakes up Sunday with the arrangement already on the kitchen counter, has all day to enjoy it, and you avoid the traffic of every other order trying to deliver between 10am and 2pm Sunday. This is the move.
